As part of this next stage of development, the organisation is creating an Executive Suite to support leadership and drive the delivery of key strategic initiatives across the business.

The Role
The Strategic Business & Transformation Assistant will work closely with the CEO to support strategic planning, business transformation initiatives, and operational improvement projects.
Alongside strong analytical and commercial capability, candidates should be comfortable operating within a high-performance culture that values personal discipline, health, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects from planning through to execution
- Conduct market research and business analysis
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Support implementation of AI and technology solutions to improve productivity
- Develop implementation roadmaps for key initiatives
- Provide structured, data-driven recommendations to leadership
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3–8 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, or high-growth environments
- Demonstrate strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Be comfortable working closely with senior leadership
- Have the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
- Show an interest in high-performance lifestyles including fitness, nutrition, and personal wellbeing
