About the Role
As a partnership account manager, you will be a part of the Partnerships team at Alpha working to deepen and grow partnerships with fund administrators and corporate service providers in Luxembourg.
This role focuses on two core missions:
- Growing and Deepening Partnerships – driving revenue growth and increasing partner loyalty.
- Leading Partner Experience in the Jurisdiction – providing market and service data to deliver actionable insights and implementing feedback to enhance partner satisfaction
This position requires a strategic and proactive individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between sales and operations within Alpha, advocate for our partners, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the team.
Your Responsibilities
- Conducting regular business reviews and feedback sessions.
- Identifying opportunities for partner education and delivering high-quality training.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for partners within Alpha, ensuring their needs and priorities are understood and addressed across all internal departments.
- Operational Excellence: Work cross-functionally with teams across the company (e.g. product, client services, sales, marketing, operations) to effectively improve the partner experience and drive operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Present data-driven insights to partners to demonstrate the value of the partnership and inform strategic decision-making.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for partner escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in account management, partnership management, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead training sessions and feedback discussions with Partners.
- Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Skilled in interpreting data using analytical tools to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
