Paraplanner – Hybrid (4 Days Office / 1 Day Remote)

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £65,000
Team Size: 10 (growing to ~15 by March 2026)

About the Role

We’re looking for a technically strong and experienced Paraplanner to join a growing, high-performing financial planning team. You’ll work with high-net-worth clients (average £1m AUM) across pensions, investments, and estate planning, providing expert technical support and insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full paraplanning support to advisers and clients.
• Prepare detailed cashflow models, proposals, and transfer analyses.
• Draft clear, compliant, and client-friendly suitability reports.
• Manage complex pension consolidations, tax-free cash, and estate planning cases.
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, and tax planning.
• Liaise with advisers, clients, and product providers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Take ownership of cases from start to finish, maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.

About You

• Level 4 Diploma Qualified (minimum).
• 4+ years’ experience in a paraplanning role.
• Strong technical understanding of pensions, investments, and estate planning.
• Skilled in:
  • Cash flow modelling
  • Pension transfers and consolidations
  • Suitability report writing
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Confident working independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
