Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join a fast-growing financial services business. This role is central to supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, with a focus on trade settlement, NAV and PCF calculations, reconciliations, data distribution, and index maintenance.

The role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, a background in financial operations (ideally in ETPs or crypto), and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Monitor and process trade settlements for cryptocurrency and traditional securities.
• Calculate daily Net Asset Value (NAV) and Portfolio Composition Files (PCF).
• Distribute NAV, PCF, and other daily reports to internal teams, external partners, and service providers.
• Upload and maintain daily updates on the company website, including cryptocurrency entitlements.

Reconciliations & Controls

• Perform weekly reconciliations with the Administrator to ensure accurate fund accounting.
• Support monthly reconciliation and reporting of management fees, revenues, and P&L.

Product & Index Maintenance

• Assist in rebalancing proprietary indices in line with methodology and market conditions.
• Support product launches and exchange listings through operational coordination and documentation.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and counterparties.
• Liaise with service providers, custodians, brokers, and exchanges to resolve operational queries.

Additional Operational Tasks

• Assist in the launch and listing of ETP products across jurisdictions.
• Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in financial operations, ideally within asset management, ETPs, or crypto.
• Understanding of ETP structures, fund operations, NAV/PCF.
• Strong Excel and data handling skills; API experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve data/process issues.
• Comfortable working in a smaller, entrepreneurial business.
• Additional languages such as German or Italian are beneficial, but not required.
