Marketing Executive – FinTech
Up to £45,000 + Bonus and hybrid working 4/1

Our client is looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Executive & Social Media Lead to shape and execute their global social presence. This is a high-impact role where you will own the narrative across all channels, positioning the brand clearly, consistently, and compliantly while actively engaging their trader community.

What you’ll own

Social Strategy & Direction

  • Lead and evolve the global social media strategy across key platforms
  • Shape campaigns, creative direction, and community engagement
  • Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence

Content & Community

  • Oversee content production and publishing workflows
  • Deliver clear, engaging, and compliant messaging
  • Foster an active and engaged trader community

Growth & Performance

  • Track, measure, and optimise social channel performance
  • Support weekly and monthly campaign reporting
  • Drive steady growth in reach, engagement, and community activity

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, CRM, Design, Growth, and Community teams
  • Provide communication guidance for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
  • Strengthen alignment to ensure cohesive messaging across the business

Key Objectives

  • Build and maintain a high-quality global social presence
  • Strengthen brand awareness and trader engagement
  • Ensure smooth publishing workflows with consistent, on-brand output
  • Deliver clear, well-coordinated campaign and product communications

✅ About You

  • 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience (FinTech or similar fast-paced industry preferred)
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience
  • Start-up mindset: proactive, adaptable, comfortable moving at pace
  • Confident collaborating cross-functionally
  • Flexible and willing to support wider marketing initiatives beyond social
