Liquidity Analyst

eFX Liquidity Analyst 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and conduct data-driven analysis of liquidity provider performance including spreads, fill ratios, slippage, rejects, and latency.
• Support the optimisation of liquidity routing and LP allocation as well as evaluate newly onboarded liquidity providers.
• Support monitoring of hedging execution and liquidity exposure to ensure efficient risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Risk, Development and Sales to resolve liquidity-related issues and drive continuous performance improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships within the FX industry to stay informed of market developments and liquidity trends.
• Utilize and expand knowledge of market structure, execution venues and financial instruments (FX, commodities, equities, crypto, futures) as well as trading systems and order management.
• Extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources to produce routine KPI reporting and actionable insights.
• Contribute to projects spanning multiple departments across the business.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years financial services experience ideally in FX/CFD brokerage, electronic trading or liquidity management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Mathematics, Computer science or related field.
• Data analysis and modelling skills, experience with SQL & Python is advantageous.
• Understanding of modern electronic trading systems and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and experience collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
