The Executive Suite operates as a high-trust, high-performance team, working closely with the CEO to ensure priorities are delivered effectively while maintaining structure across daily operations and personal performance routines.
A strong emphasis is placed on health, fitness, nutrition, and personal discipline, which form an important part of the CEO’s daily routine and the wider Executive Suite culture.
The Role
The Lifestyle Office Assistant supports the CEO’s daily routines, personal organisation, and logistics, ensuring structure and consistency across both professional and lifestyle commitments.
A key element of this role involves supporting the CEO’s fitness, health, and nutrition routines, helping coordinate training schedules, wellness commitments, and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointments, meetings, and daily schedules
- Coordinate fitness training sessions, wellness appointments, and lifestyle routines
- Assist with nutrition planning and tracking health goals
- Monitor progress against agreed fitness or performance targets
- Support daily routines including day-start and day-end organisation
- Assist with personal and professional logistics
- Prepare notes, materials, and briefing documents when required
- Run errands and support day-to-day coordination
