Job Description
Role Overview:
An Experiential Marketing Associate/Manager is required to take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing events across Europe. The role involves managing both physical and digital events, ensuring seamless execution, and supporting wider marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, client events, and webinars
- Manage event budgets, logistics, calendars, and reporting
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with external event partners and organisers
- Develop and maintain marketing materials for events (print and digital)
- Track performance and ROI of events, providing reports and insights
- Coordinate international and local events as required
- Support digital event campaigns, including content, promotion, and lead management
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in event management (physical and digital)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Collaborative and proactive working style, with attention to detail
- Fluent in English; German, Italian, or French an advantage
- Willingness to travel across Europe when required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools desirable
- Strong interest in the digital assets/crypto industry is a plus
