To support this next stage of development, the organisation is establishing a dedicated Executive Suite designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve operational structure, and support the execution of key strategic priorities.

The Executive Suite operates within a high-performance culture, where discipline, organisation, and personal wellbeing — including fitness and healthy lifestyle routines — are valued as part of maintaining high levels of leadership performance.

 

The Role

The Executive Operations Lead will oversee the operational support structure surrounding the CEO and ensure that schedules, priorities, and communication flows are managed effectively.

The role brings structure, organisation, and leadership to the Executive Suite while ensuring the CEO’s professional and personal commitments — including health, fitness, and wellbeing routines — are effectively coordinated.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the CEO’s diary and strategic priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage communication flow and inbox prioritisation
  • Prepare executive briefing materials and meeting documentation
  • Track actions and ensure follow-through across priorities
  • Lead and manage the Lifestyle Office Assistant team
  • Implement operational systems and processes to improve efficiency

 

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience supporting CEOs, founders, or senior executives
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational and operational capability
  • Be confident managing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement
  • Have an interest in fitness, wellbeing, and maintaining a high-performance lifestyle
