Job Description

Our client, a leading luxury commercial property company, is looking for a junior-level candidate to join their team in a newly created Events Administrator role. 

5/5 office based.

Base salary £26,000 + competitive benefits. 

Temporary to permanent to start as soon as possible.

Location of the role to be confirmed: Central - City or West End based.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about events, organisation, and making a positive social impact. The role will focus on coordinating charitable events and activities, working closely with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning and organisation of charitable events and fundraising activities
  • Assisting with event logistics including venues, suppliers, guest lists and schedules
  • Coordinating internal teams to help pull together event materials and resources
  • Managing event administration, including calendars, documents and budgets
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, charities and partners in a professional manner
  • Helping ensure events run smoothly on the day, with opportunities to attend and support
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed

 

Suited to a polished, bright, personable, and flexible candidate with ideally circa 6 months administrative/events/client-facing experience and available to start as soon as possible.
