Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support managers with employee relations matters, offering practical and compliant advice
- Ensure adherence to UK employment legislation and HMRC requirements
- Maintain and update HR systems, employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in employee relations and payroll within a UK-based organisation
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and payroll compliance requirements
- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience
- Background in financial services, fintech, or a high-growth/scale-up environment
- Familiarity with payroll platforms such as Telleroo or Paycircle
