Core duties:
Driving revenue growth by managing new business leads and showcasing luxury office spaces, lead premium client viewings and negotiate contracts to close high-value deals, building and maintaining client relationships, representing at industry events, building networks and partnerships, collaborating across teams to ensure operational success, and managing and inspiring a growing team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives.
Key requirements:
Looking for a polished, personable, driven, and professional candidate with strong commercial awareness and financial acumen, comfortable using CRM and sales tracking systems with experience gained in luxury brand, high end fashion/retail, hotel, and hospitality sectors.
